What I review
Architecture and data flow: ingestion, chunking, retrieval, generation and validation, stage by stage.
Measured quality: a small set of real questions with the correct answer and source, to find where quality is lost (usually retrieval, not the model).
Cost and latency per operation: tokens, calls and retries nobody sees.
Review of code, configuration and a sample of real cases.
Written report: findings ranked by severity, likely cause, recommended fix and effort estimate.
A closing session to answer your team's questions.

Do you need production access?
Not necessarily. I can work from a copy of the code, the configuration and an anonymised sample of real cases.
What if I want you to fix it afterwards?
The report is written for your team to execute. If you'd rather I do it, we turn it into a fixed-price sprint.
